Cancellation Policy.
I realize life has a way of getting busy and complicated, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, I require 24 hours notice so that I can offer this time to another guest. If you are unable to provide 24 hours, you will be billed for your missed appointment. You will always be given a 48 hour appointment notification to adjust your appointment if needed.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the ‘full’ session.
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to give that time to others who are waiting to receive my services.
